Eligibility Requirements

Substantial Investment

Funds must be invested in a genuine U.S. business, not held idle. A recommended starting amount is around $100,000, depending on the franchise.

Active Management

You must play an active role in running the business, usually by owning at least 50% and being directly involved in operations. Passive ownership does not qualify.

Business Type

The business must show growth potential and create jobs, not just sustain the investor’s family.

Source of Funds

You must prove your investment funds come from legal, verifiable sources.
